have to say it was a really good car and was my second choice, only downside was the interior was a little plasticky but was a great drive but i would imagine mpg was crap.
it had an instant economy thing on the dash and it was around 15 when on boost

Also just for the record about the focus rs the new ones, what power are they running because I raced one and took over it about 10mph more, I'm only running a blob waggon approx 340+ hp

There's both of them near me a grey 6 and a black 3mps. I think they look diffrent and more less obvious than the look at me type of car.

when i test drove a 2010 st i was told it was 210 bhp.
never driven an rs but i would imagine its near 300 if not more.
the mps felt a fair but faster to me than the st

From driving the Ring, i manage 4 laps (52 miles) in a tank (probably use about 50 litres near as dammit). So roughly 1 litre per mile, or 4.5 mpg

As for the brakes never had any issues with mine. Stops well and even under heavy breaking the ABS only kicks in a little.

Most turbo'd petrols will probably only register around 15mpg instant reading on boost, my old Volvo T4 would only read 11 on boost and that was only because the gauge wouldn't read below 11 or above 99.
Thought you'd recently bought a 6 diesel?

No standard similar bhp to an STi but more torque. There are plenty happily running 400bhp kits like the Jamsport which also improves torque up to 435lb/ft kits for about £2.5k fitted. They will never be a 0-60 weapon but once moving they do well.
