Is that on a 2.1 or 2.5 mate? The billet t will be great I'm sure, yes bigger injectors will be a must in fact with that turbo I think i'd be looking at 1000cc,I love the grunt and the torque of the 2.5 in my car,it's a great road car but equally sorted for trackdays.
yes 2.5, I had a non billet H which was making 441hp/486llbsft, 1.6bar, this on V-power/20%meth, FP at 3.7bar, duty cycle 85%, so there is headroom but will probably limit the bigger turbo.

Pe650's are good upto 480 aren't they? What if a fpr was fitted? Wouldn't that give you more headroom
yes I believe so but it was running with 20% meth that was causing me the concern, would the 650's flow enough then. I have a fuelab FPR and RCM 340 fuel pump so no concerns there.
thanks

I would definitely go with the 2.1 as it will be the bigger power block. Although it may not feel as fast as a 2.5ltr due to the initial torque but it will be the faster block when built with the right supporting parts.
what kind of power are you hoping to run? i'd speak to 1 of the mappers on here and they'd be able to give you an expected figure with your setup
as I said earlier the H is perfoming well at 441hp but it does start to run out of puff around 5500rpm on my 2.5, the T should give me a lot more there and 480 has been suggested.

I think your mistaken as the 2.5ltr is good for low down power and hence why you feel your H running out of puff at 5500rpm. I had a gt35r fitted to my 2.5ltr and that ran out of puff just over 6000rpm so don't hold your breath about the 321t
If you want your turbo pulling to the redline then either fit a 2/2.1/2.35ltr I only noticed my cams coming in at 5500rpm after I swapped to a 2.35ltr

on the RR graph power drops 50hp @5800-6200rpm and another 50hp 6200-6600rpm. I'm not bothered about it pulling hard to redline, just doing better up to 6500rpm
thanks

I'm not basing my figures on rolling roads I'm basing it on real world and there is no way a 321t will pull solid to the redline on a 2.5ltr I reckon 6000 rpm tops and that's if your lucky.
