FMIC or TMIC ?
FMIC is known to be more efficient. It keeps the charge cooler & is safer,but remap is needed. Some have run over 400 BHP on a TPIC, but it can be risky as at speed aero dynamics dictate that little air actualy goes into your bonnet scoop so your top mount gets the least cooling when it needs the most.
I'm very much a fan of TMIC setups, you do get better throttle response with them, just like any setup, if it's tuned correctly you will get good performance out of them, even in a sprint environment which is probably the worst scenario due to heat soak whilst queuing.
