White Classic WRX - on a budget
I went straight down that route myself as I found a set at a good price plus the fact all of my discs and pads were shot so I had to replace them anyway. If you do go down that road in the future I would definatly recommend doing something with the rears as well in order to have equal brake bias.

I had a set of front Brembo's sat doing nothing for ages, because my wheels would clear them.
Sold them on here for IRO £480, and bought my current brake set up. 4 pot fronts 2 pot rears. With everything fitted I still had about £100 change.
I can't say what the Brembo's owed me though.

Small update....
One caliper now stripped back and prepped for final colour. I still need to fit new seals and pistons, (I've refitted the old ones whilst spraying), but well pleased with how it's all going.
Both discs are now cleaned up and ready to go as well

You can chip in with advice Si
I'm torn between a bright red or gloss black.
Partly, because I've taken the time to Refurb them myself, I'm thinking I don't want them hidden in black, but is red too much? Hmmmmmm

I hadn't thought about the outer edges of the discs, good call Si, I'll do that
How did you do the white lettering on yours? Does it need the red sanding right back first, or over the top of the red paint?
Also, was it Hammerite white used?

This was years ago and from memory the red was a caliper paint but I think the white was just some sign writing enamel I had but Hammerite will be good as well, I used a small brush as I have done some lettering in the past so have a steady hand and a dibber to lean on
I think some people do the lettering with a small sponge roller very lightly rolled over.

Love this project them calipers would look awesome in a nice purple or a orange . Every 1 dose red for a reson it looks good and gets noticed easy but with a white car the full spectrum would go well witch ever .

Arch rolling day tomorrow!!!!!
Side skirts, front grill, front bumper, 22b vents and fog covers are all in the spray shop too
For the time being I've left my splitter and splash guards black until I'm 100% sure I want them white
Also...... my 4 pot caliper seal kit arrived
It's all systems go at the moment

Phil at Archenemy did the work on all 4 arches, expertly avoiding paintwork cracking.
I have a few photos but it started to rain so I'll have to return to it again soon to get more detailed shots

Thanks Dylan
Exciting day today, I collected my newly re-sprayed side skirts, 22b vents, front grill, front bumper and fog covers
I've already fitted the bumper and loosely fitted the P1 lip to it, which I've left black for now until I'm 100% sure I want it white...... or not, and as soon as I have time I'll get the car out of the garage to take photos of the arch work and resprayed parts
I cannot recommend Mirror finish bodyshop more highly, I'm delighted with the finish, workmanship and price....

Yes Kev. Not 100% I'll get there in the Impreza yet due to financial constraints, but I'll come down on the day and park with the general public in the Mondeo if needs be
The problem is, I need to Insure, MOT and then Tax the car, plus it needs a geometry set-up done as all the wheels face different directions since suspension and hub work was done LOL!!!!
So I make that a fair bit of money required before the Autoshow, and it's now Gas and electric bill time as well, so not looking great to be honest.

Right,
Exciting update time
Found a top class bodyshop through a couple of friends (Mirror finish) and I'm over the moon with the bits I've had sprayed up.....
Parts sprayed were:
1. front bumper
2. front bumper fog covers
3. front grill
4. 22b style bonnet vents
5. Side skirts
The skirts are not fitted yet but pictured loose below.....

.....and then I also had the arches rolled by Phil at Archenemy
