Thanks I went with Motul 300V 15/50 for the Scoob and some 0/40 for the GTR.

Slightly off topic but did you get anywhere with pentosin FFL4 oil supply? I found a source in the UK and bought 20l, but would buy it from you if you can get hold of it.

I contacted them, but the price was pretty silly. I can't remember the exact figures, but I think they wanted us to pay pretty much retail price.

Fair enough.

The order turned up today. I know it's not your fault, but Yodel are a joke.

I work from home, so was surprised to see the first delivery fail yesterday. Had a winge with the customer services last night and was promised delivery today. Guess what, same sh1te different day! They claimed no one home again, total bs.

Here's the delivery tracking.

http://parceltracking.yodel.co.uk/?u...02289410010759

I called customer services for the depot number, who said they don't have access to the depot telephone numbers! They e-mailed and to be fair the driver turned up 90 mins later.

Judging by the 1/10 score here on 502 reviews, might be worth removing them as a delivery option on your website.

Hi Anders

Sorry about that. The problem is all couriers are useless at times and it's down to the individual drivers. If they are running late, they will skip one that takes them out of the way as they get paid very little per parcel.

Our problem is that they are really good at times. If they were useless on most orders, then we'd have no option but to ditch them, like we did with DHL, but on average out of 100 parcels, there is less than one problem. People want to pay the minimum for postage, and to do that we have to use Yodel. When we just had Fed Ex as an option, the average parcel cost a quid more, but we got so many complaints about postal charges and still had the same average of about 1% problems. We still have Fed Ex on the site, so if people are willing to pay the extra for their service, they can use that.

I've seen lots of reviews on different sites for different couriers and none of them make the couriers look good. I think about 30% was the highest rating I've ever seen for any courier and that was Fed Ex. When we only used Fed Ex, there were certain depots that were always a problem though. Some people recommend DPD and while the driver for the area where our office is is very good, the one for my home address 10 miles away is useless. Others ask us to use the Royal Mail/Parcelforce and they are so limiting on what we can send that it just isn't practical. Citylink were really expensive for what we wanted and most people seem to complain about them as well.

Sorry for the problems, but if anything happens with the couriers, give us a call and we'll try to sort it out.

Cheers

Tim

I mentioned it to UPS when they delivered and he said I was the second to complain about Yodel in as many days.

I thought Yodel was a rebranded DHL HDNL?

Hi Anders

Yodel took over DHL and used their network, but from what I understand there was a lot of staff changes.

We honestly get more emails saying that the delivery was brilliant rather than a problem.

Cheers
