Anyone who knows stew knows he is not much of a text person and would rather speak in person and after that text he phoned you and spoke to you and as you said he said 'completely up to you' and you chose not to take advise saying 'don't want to spend any extra money on it' and you were advise that if you wanted to run over 400 bhp you needed to do it!

Why are you saying all this now when you were fine with it before and thought this thread was about damage but because a number of people have said nothing you can do you are now twisting it around and moaning about other thing why did you pay if you aren't happy with it?
why didn't you question the price at the time ?
why are you only moaning now that you car is broke?
the car didn't come in for an engine rebuild it was stripped as noisy and problematic it came in as it wasn't running due to your 'friend'
stew only did what you asked and like i said before the 3.5k wasn't just for him 3 rolling road and 2 mapping sessions

Not happy at all as you seem to be blaming tfs for the fact that you chose to have the engine put back together with parts at their maximum tolerance and having been told that the engine was knackered but if you had taken the advice you were given then the car would be running

this was not an engine build!
And if anyone is being harsh its you for making out that the reason your car has broken down is tfs when its your own !
