Absolutely terrible news. Andy was one of my friends on here and was clever, even-tempered, good natured, interested in the world around him and a bloody good bloke! I'm shocked and tearful.

I'm finding it difficult to find words to describe how devastating it is to learn that. Such a wondeful person with so much to live for.
My sincere wishes for his partner and his family to stay strong at such a difficult time.

So sad. He was somebody, like Jacko and Les, whose posts I always looked forward to reading because 9/10 they made me smile.
Maybe the community here could get involved with whatever charity fundraiser the family decide to do?

Yep gutted to here this tragic news myself, did here off the tragic accident on the local radio but only now realise who it was, although only met via scoobynet did speak to him on a good many occasions and he will be very much missed by all.
happy to contribute to the charity mentioned in the earlier linked to article if somone wants to orgainse a fund via paypal or whatever on behalf off scoobynet ??
