No. Capitalism is charging people for something they WANT, not forcing them to pay for something they don't or have no choice over ....

But it is something they want, if they want to go shopping they have to pay.... otherwise we wouldn't pay for anything as no one WANTS to pay for anything, they'd much rather have it for free.
