Honestly I just can't seem to make my mind up,trouble is I just don't want to end up thinking 'I wish I had done it in a ***** colour'

At this point I still have any option open to me so all good but it's getting very close to crunch time!!

Wow that black is shiny!

Ryan, is that a paint specifically for showing up imperfections or does it have other uses?

You must be nearly finished now then Ry, paint on, holes plated over - not much left to do

No where near Jon it's just in the primer stage only shiny primer for reasons above
Needs blocking and flating down for top coat

So into the booth the shell went today, dropped the front cross member off the front with shocks/lower arms/steering rack complete so the front end can be done as one.
The plan is to get the inner arches done in this run so I can then get the shell back out and drop the subframes round to the powder coaters for him to do,the 2 subframes and diff carrier+a few little brackets are the only parts to be powder coated, the rest will be painted.
Once they are done I can install them and leave them on to get the car back as a rolling shell which will make going into the booth for top coat alot easier!.
Just need to get the shocks off the back to allow access to the rear inner arches and I can do the final bit of scotching ready to apply primer and 2K black again for blocking and flatting.

Intercooler/rad combo trial fitted into Ross's P1 and it fits like a glove, just requires the fan mounting into position now and it will be done!

Good choice with the red for the powder coating, an inspired choice.

I thought the rad was going in front of the intercooler?

Looks like a nice bit of kit.

No Micky the intercooler needs to get the best air flowing over it plus if you look the core fins on the IC are alot bigger than the rad to allow good air passing through it
