So I decided today you know what I'm going to have a little time on mine lol
After going and collecting some more alloy sheet to make the final floor panel it was time to get it cut into shape,we also decided for 2 reasons to have a doubler panel underneath the top panel, firstly to add strength and second when we install them for the finish there will be a good layer of bonding agent between them which will add some sound proofing which will be great for the long trips to shows and outings.
Also got a start on the difusser but only the beginnings as we plan to make an adjustable wing inside the drop sections[mainly for show but hay it might add some down force at the same time!]
Once I had the floor panel and doubler where I was happy with the fit I got them into the booth and etch/primed and 2K coloured them as anyone in the car trade will tell you that you can't have bare alloy/steel mated together as it causes a reaction so it requires some paint before drilling/bonding and bolting.
