You don't want any of that button mushroom laziness though For a sarnie, they have to be portabella, fried whole, in the bacon juices

 

that's only about 700 calories, but the cholesterol and fat figures are monstrous

 

Sainsburys Wilshire cure Bacon and Pork, Pancetta and Parmesan sausages, caramelised red onions and then smear a generous amount of Wasabi paste on lightly toasted buttered Cypriot bread (slice the loaf lengthways)

 

I hate threads like this.... The wife is counting points and won't cook bacon for me anymore.. Means I have to and it wont cook itself.. Sucks
