Hello campers
I'm sure you've all got them erected by now
Back home now after my little run with you this afternoon,
Many thanks to Boomer and CharlieWhiskey for organising yet another great meet, it takes a lot of time and effort to get everything sorted and they sure know how to do that.
Nice to see some old faces again
see you soon

Morning has broken, and what a lovely one it is. Blue sky, light breeze, the sea lapping onto the shore below us. Oh, and the bloody sheep that have been baa-ing all night!

Ian and I lying on the beach arguing over The Plough - then we see something moving..........
Ian "it's a shooting star"
Me "don't be daft, it's a satellite"
Ian " Nah, it's definitely a shooting star"
Me " It's a fecking satellite"
<pause>
Me "Look, it's faint, but shooting stars go across the sky quickly, not at a constant speed that looks like an orbit, that is disappearing around the corner - I mean over the horizon"
Charliewhiskey enters from stage right.......
Ian and me "What's that?"
<we both point>
Charliewhiskey "It's a satellite"
Me "Ha Ha"
All exit stage left.......
Ian "it's a shooting star"

I think you're first answer was "it's a plane", to which you were told in less then polite terms "no", as the lights were not blinking \ twinkling \ colours, you then changed your answer!
Anyway, my dads bigger than your dad!

As I remember it went something like...
<Charliewhiskey enters from stage right.......>
Hiya muppet, you OK? Hi Ian!
Yep, fine, we are just spotting stars
Yeah she reckons she's seen the Plough but I told her it wasn't
Seen any satellites then?
No
Well I think we did
Was it moving across the sky at a constant rate? - <points to sky arcing slowly east-west>
Yep, that was it!
Not very bright but constant, rather than a quick flash?
It wasn't very bright
yep, quite dim but steady
Yep, satellite!
Told you it was!
Anyway where was the Plough?
Up there look<points>
Oh yeah, that's the Plough all right!
Ha Ha
<All exit stage left....... >
But I was, of course, very, very drunk

Yes and on return to base camp some of our intrepid explorers continued the debate.
".....and we spotted something not very bright moving slowly"
response, and consensus view
Not very bright and moving slowly? Must have been Chelle

Indeed, I picked it especially.
Some particularly luscious grass with a slight covering of moss on a tranquil hillside.
Unfortunately I awoke alone finding this place, that will be forever Wales, had not been graced by your presence. The stark rocks and savage sea remained as hostile and unwelcoming as ever, undiluted by your radiance and beauty.
A faint aroma of caramel and chocolate borne on the sea breeze did little to quell my disappointment. Which was surpassed only by the plaintive bleating of a year old sheep mysteriously drawn to the spot as dawn broke over the mountain.

Well with the exception of Nina Tenine, that sweet little thing pouting at Neil.
Boy was I relieved when he pulled a disposable camera from that packet not a condom
