What strikes me is ( even allowing for the fact the un is largely rubbish) is that Isreal doesnt need the Un , its got America , other places DO

Leaflets?
I keep hearing reports about pro-Gaddafi supporters having lost another town/village and say, I think genuinely, that they didn't even know that Tripoli had fallen.
So do the UN or whoever flood the said town with leaflets with some reasonably convincing evidence of what has been going on?
OK so some can't read and many would believe black was white if their beloved leader said so but surely it would sow the seeds of doubt to some?
