New engine is like a work of art. Clean clean clean. Love it!

 

Thanks for the advice, everybody has different experiences, even with the same garage sometimes. I know that Alan Jeffrey will look after my car so I believe his garage isn't one on your badlist. Even if I asked the previous garage to put back my old engine together, at least he could have done it properly... As advised, there were bolts missing and parts not fitted correctly. But hope to see it on road soon after all the big challenges I've come through

Looking good, I was like a child at Xmas waiting to get my car back on the road - are Enginetuner running it in for you? As the journey there and back and it would practically take up all the running in mileage assuming 1000 miles to run the engine in.

How much BHP are you hoping for?

Good luck not that I think you'll be needing it with Enginetuner having done the work.

quick update,
just done my 1st oil and filter change (600 miles since re-built), cars feeling better each day!!
also fitted all my flock door cards whilst it was sunny today

booked my re-map with alan on the 1st of may
