My car doesn't feel any laggier on an 18g but god does it pull hard, there is a big difference between vf23/24 to an 18g make no mistake

Dont see the point in getting a more laggy 18g or 20g just for a few more horses.
Especially if you have standard internals.

So you say there is a big difference between a car running 340bhp on a vf23 than one running 340bhp on a 18g, how come?
I know its a bigger turbo but with the same figgers shouldnt by much faster.

who says anything about running 340 ona 18 g - lol, i had a vf24 on my ra and yes it is a responsive turbo but runs out of puff quite low down, obviously running more boost will help but they arent the strongest turbo in the world.

i now have a zen 18g and running sti8 top mount and all i`m saying the difference on the road is very noticeable, i dont know what power its putting out but it can spin the rears in the dry in 2nd (note on a concrete track)the mid range surge is very good ie 3.5k to 7k, i always found the vf23/24 start to die off at 6k if that

Huge difference mate, my 4 pots were either locked up or not - there wasn't much braking in between! That was with Godspeed pads & discs helping it too.
The 4 pots would just not slow it down, they were ok with standard power but not really up to the job when I started adding shiny bits.

The Brembo's have a far bigger braking surface area & a much better bite.

I'd do them for £425 delivered.

No, I had Godspeed discs with the standard 4 pots to try & improve things.
Don't know what pads these are - they came free with the kit
