Ram reading at wrong speed
Not sure your MB supporting Triple channel memory or just dual channel memory?
Just have look at BIOS on BCLK,which setting you have there
And for best infos and help i would recommend Overclock.net
And for Sandy Bridge overclockers here is few infos:

Memtest86+ runs without an OS: Download it on another PC, then stick it on a memory key, boot CD, or a floppy disk (if you want to reminisce ), and set the BIOS to boot from that.
You should always get zero errors. Run it everytime you change a setting to something new and untested. The longer its run for, the better.

I'm sick of trying to get OS systems to run so I will try that with the memtest another time
I have the ram running at the right speed and I will leave the pc on for a few days and see what happens
