In order to get her out, bite the bullet.

Pay up to get her a bond on a rental property. Give her a few hundred quid to furnish it. Once she's out, break all contact with her.

PS. Change the locks the day she leaves.

It clearly didn't tell you that the last thing you should do is start a relationship with this woman.

Give up with the "I want it amicable" bollux. You think you f*cked her in the ****? Thats nothing to what she's going to do to you.

If you can get her to sign the form to the lender to say she will move out if you sell or stop paying them get it done.

Just walk away.

If this ain't a troll I'll be amazed.

The debt you have to sort yourself. It is your debt and what happenes when you think with your spuds and not your brain. As you say, hindsight is 20 20 but all the clues were there if you hadn't had a raging hard on for someone who let you chuck your light saber into her saarlacc pit early doors.

Might be drastic but if you can't managed the debt - could you consider declaring yourself bankrupt?

Failign that, have a chat with the lenders and see if you can come to some arrangement. I think bribing her out the door might be best.

Is the car paid for? If not, send it back to the finance company, that's a big bill right there.

5t.

As others have said, cancel everything that you can live without for a while apart from the necessities, maybe delete all references of violence from your posts in this thread too... just in case it goes to solicitors.

Don't see how she has a leg to stand on regarding the moving out business because she's unemployed and not even trying to get a job of some sort? You're not obliged to give her or her kids any support out of your wages surely? Is her car registered in her name if not sell it, rent a place and pay 6 months rent for her.

Op, be very careful the way you go about all of this.

If you ever end up in a court and as children are involved, the court can order a transfer of the home to the bitch you are living with under the children's act, she wouldn't get a stake in your house, but would be intitled to live there with the kids till they are 18 or leave education.

Personally I would get the gas and electric on PAYG meters, I wouldn't top them up and cancel all services, internet, sky, phone, I would then generally **** my house up and make it a disgusting place to be in, bag of manure dropped accidentally dropped around etc cheaper buying new carpets and plastering/painting than any other route.

****'s sake. You really need to be careful who you let stay with you then! Is there no way round this, like getting them to sign something before they move in etc?

Driving her out sounds the best idea, as you've said.

I don't know, I am just aware that this happens, you would think there would be, but then again prenups are not legally valid in the UK.

Our technical and marital laws are horrendous.

Dude. I really feel for you, but unfortunately you cannot evict her and the kids. If it was just her then you could. Pesky bloody kids.

Time to get sorted and make her move out. Get rid of the tv. Not just sky or cable. The tv. Kids will soon be bored. Get rid of music systems and everything else slightly entertaining. Same goes for PC's laptops etc. Get them all in storage at a mates house or someone you trust.

You can't turn off heating/water - just like gas board and water utilities can't if you have kids in the house.

Avoid being there as much as possible. Don't buy food etc for the house.

If she has no money, she will soon be back at her parents/friends cos there will be nothing at the house for her. It would be like she is living in a shed in the garden.

But be prepared to redecorate when she's gone cos she will probably trash the place. In which case, trash it yourself. Invite loads of mates over for all night parties etc so she can't sleep. Infact, don't just invite mates - invite a few people you don't like who might just take the bouncy castle off your hands.

Also - put the scoob into storage. Get a crap little run about and that way the scoob don't get damaged

Good luck.

Erm - can she not get housing benefit? IE sling her out, set her up in a flat someplace and then letting housing pick up the tab?

Works for loads of other ******* in this country

That's a good one, party's every day, put a sign in your boozer, everyone welcome!

Put absolutely everything you own into them £15 a week metal storage containers and let the fun begin.

Agree with above, cut out all the niceties of living there, for all of them. Let her spend money if she wants to live there. You are not obliged to still be in a relationship with her, so get yourself a f"ck buddy, explain the situation to her then take her home to meet the ex.

Take them all out for a meal and organise for the locks to be changed at the same time. Have all their stuff waiting for them on the drive then wave goodbye!!

I think she seen you coming this woman, the moment you bought her a 8k car, taking them out every weekend for meals etc,she must of thought hook line and sinker. When all this is over with you, don't be surprised if you here she is doing the same thing with some other bloke, that thought he got lucky by giving it her up the ****.
Its like a game of chess, and sorry to say because she has KIDS,Checkmate as far as the law is concerned.

Would be in favour of cutting off sky phone etc, maybe even stay with someone else or get a B&B,so not to be at home all of the week.

The sooner you can write that one off to experience, the better off you will be.

There are not many who have not made a big mistake in life, best way is to admit it and get out.
