Last time I disagreed with Kieran he just started calling me childish names.
Oops Kieran i suppose they would be classed as unsubstantiated defamatory comments about me.
So come on scoobynet give us someone who at least doesn`t say one thing and do the other.
Oh and Kieran i`ve printed them off matey so delete away.

LOL at the claims of being childish. I can still see all the deleted stuff and nothing is more childish than the some of the snide bitching thats been going on of recent. Guys you need to give this a rest, please. We've asked, so please listen to us for your own good.
Intentionally being nieve doesn't wash I'm afraid. We know what you guys are hinting at in these threads and childish comments (as well as sigantures/locations etc), so you may as well give it rest as it will just carry on being deleted and will only lead to escalation. Fact is you are not customers, therefore you have no facts. Just hearsay from what you heard or read.
As far as I'm aware there is one single customer with a complaint. And his thread is here for all to see with countering statment from the seller: https://www.scoobynet.com/projects-4...l#post10207896 This is fair, balanced and has no 'noise' from those who choose to troll it (after the tidy up). If need be further factual follow up information can be added via PM request from the OP.
As for other threads, from what I've seen on the JAP thread...there is a distinct difference; the majority of people who have posted in that thread have been direct customers or employees of that company. Not a bunch of people trolling because their mate is hard done by (which is unfortunate, but thats life I'm afraid). We also have not been contacted by them AFAIK. If they did it, things maybe different. In the past we've had to remove material from these forums when things go legal and we are obliged to follow legal requests to pass on information of users being held liable, what happens to them I cannot say. KTC appears to have an internet wide reputation, like that of some other companies and as of yet we have not had any correspondance from them, so we thus far been lucky. Unfortunatley we have not been so lucky with other companies that have gone legal on us because of what users on here have said about them. This is the price we pay for having a forum that often has Subaru related threads come as the top results in google searches.
Ps: Phil, why don't you move this debacle onto SIDC instead, then we won't have any of this hassle, or is that not allowed over there either?

It still won't prevent me from holding an opinion about wanting to avoid buying a car from a particular trader but I won't mention Immy again. Promise.

I would like to add my two penny worth if you don't mind.........
An awful lot of this is not 'hearsay' or read - it has come direct from the horses mouth!
We. like many others have been in constant contact with the OP during this whole sorry mess, to offer support & help in any way we can.
If you'd had the pleasure of meeting Ross (the OP) you would understand why the level of support & is so strong. He is an honest, hardworking decent guy - a nicer bloke you couldn't wish to meet.
His ONLY mistake was to take someone at their word, and trust them.
He has been extremely refrained from posting anything in the last 12 months as he wanted to sort it amicably, but his hand has been forced by the _______ _________ trader (there are words I would like to use but for legal reasons have decided to let readers add their own).
As you say there is one single customer with a complaint, who has tried to sort this out, however as freinds we all support him as we know he has been wronged - some of the accusations throw at him are ludicrous.......
As I have said before, I thought this forum, like others, was for like minded people to share experiences, but clearly this can only happen if the mods say so & agree - unlike many other forums I visit?!
To say I am disappointed in the way the Mods have handled this is an understatement - in my eyes (and many others) you have shown full support for the Trader and total disregard for the OP - only my childish opinion though!

I must be carefull though because I was witness to him signing up what must be SIDC's first t!tty model to the books. that in itself deserves a
