the boots not as big as you think on the saloon as the hatch... thats one of the reasons I went Hatch and not saloon.

It's not so much for the space mate more the style changes, inside and out. Plus warranty extra. Don't think I've seen a my11 hatch other than the few pictures norm put up.

What sort of mpg you guys getting on the MY11's, mines generally used for short journeys so average high teens low twenties but had a 100 mile round trip today all motorway but lots of stop start are was nicely surprised! 320r btw.

 

Dude how does that compare to the hatch, I used to see 26/27 put of my hatch just now I can barely get 20/21

 

the 330s this week in the bad weather I've put it in 'I' mode, I'm down to 21.6mpg, very short journeys though.

Normally higher 20's in 'Sport' mode, easy 30 on a run

 

That's a good figure, I've been doing the m1 for 2 years on and off testing each settings,

The norm is around the 29 to 32, I have had 34 , 35 on the odd occasion.

If I potter though and thrash it's low 20s
But yeah it's very good compared to my wife's 1.4 turbo zafira whe she potters, there isn't that much in it TBH

Subaru did make a good effort this time

 

Very rare consid Subaru only sold 175, I've seen prob 3 saloons in the 2 n a half years I've had it, very nice feeling.

Prob more ferraris about that our cars

 

Had 33 a few time from the hatch, but over time it seemed to get worse, IIRC one of the sensors starts to go with time resulting in lower mpg, but the cost of the sensor to 1/2mpg less is prob not worth replacing it unless you do a lot of miles!

 

Are you saying Subaru have only sold 175 of the Saloons. That mean the saloon is the rarest Subaru in the UK apart from the 22B

Don can you pm me some info on auto lights mirrors and wipers please and can somebody tell me if the buttons for the phone aremeant to work on the steering wheel and if voice activation is meant to work as it seems it doesnt on mine

Cheers Don. Out of interest did you look at bringing anything from the USA ? There is a few very nice cars on NASIOC which I'm enquiring about.

 

I look at both Japan and US for parts/accessories.
