Forget all the nonsense about what other people have said as i'm sure that is more related to your dealings with others throughout the subaru community and it would appear that this is not the first time people have been less than happy with parts supplied by yourself.

A good reputation takes time to aquire but can be shattered by one poor decision.

I would suggest that for the sake of £200 you give the lad his money and restore whatever credibility you are able to.

Some food for thought,this is a small community and you can either be known as an honourable man or not by your actions.

At the end of the day the bigger man is the one who takes it on the chin and admits to being at fault.

 

He has not threatened you mate, you were in the wrong and should pay up.

My feeling is that you have been banned from local forums and now trying to justify yourself by saying people threatened you and your family ( fiddle out ).

Phil and dougy build an engine, sell it to a guy whos building a car for some gypsys, the engine gos bang and the builder of the car has to buy the hole car from said gypsys????

Its a shame that its so easy to remake identities on forums as once he gets banned from here as PhilS (which if the mods are doing theyre job he DEFINATELY should be) he'll probably just turn up again as a different name and p1ss all over more people!

I got a text from Phil the other day saying he was prepared to give the money back this weekend.

Hopefully Phil has realised the subaru community is to small a world to have such a bad name and completely detrimental to running any type of profitable business.

Hoping that this time he'll stay true to his word.

Doing the right thing this time would be a step in the right direction to restoring some faith in himself and his business.

what about the impreza sti you were selling on nesf and you changed the inlet over to a standard wrx and most of the wiring was loose???

1.sold a fooked engine to matty on here

2.built an engine with dougy for a nesf member on behalf of a gyspey that blew up costing the guy to buy the car.

3. threatend a nesf member with a tazer

4. telling people you have loads of cars for sale when they dont even belong to you.

5. upsetting andy kindon to the point you were banned for 7 days

6. arranging to sell a front splitter then never turned up

7. agreed to sell a fuel pump and avoided his calls and texts and emails for 2 weeks

8. advertised parts massivly over priced and told everyone on nesf " some daft c**t would buy them"

9. go round telling people your racing a stock car which your not and never have been..
