well, the challenge has been set, its now time to either put up or shut up (last bit sounds harsh but thats the saying)

Go for it,if you dont, well,it sets a pressident (sp) for it to happen again and for him to laugh it off.

Being a keyboard/text warrior is one thing, but im pretty sure if there were 3 or 4 men outside his house, things would change in your favour,if i conned someone and they turned up,well,id be worried not for the money coming out of my pocket, but for the damage to the property/car etc that they could/SHOULD do.

good luck bud,i bet reading that text your blood pressure went sky high,i got annoyed just reading it and its not affecting me LOL

got to it !!!!

Agreed.

It would be pretty easy (and also quite satisfying to some extent) to get a few mates together and pay him a visit.

On the other hand, and to quote another saying

"there is more than one way to skin a cat"

It's really disappointing to see one of us selling something in such a poor state .. and it's quite scary seeing how nasty things can get and so quickly ..

On the other hand, the support and community spirit is strong on this forum and the way people rally round to help and defend each other is heart warming ..

Phil, I hope you aren't a scammer and you just made a mistake, I hope you've seen how things move against you here ..

If you play the game right, you'll not find a more supportive place.

Think it looks like Phil is a scammed from a reply like that the only way now mate is to go and get your money off him face to face £200 isn't hard to get hold of tell him when your going, stick to it and he will have your money take a couple of mates just in case but 9 times out of 10 it won't get to that sounds like a chav with a big mouth to me

He's had his chance, nows the time to settle this problem.
He never intended to pay you, he obviously just bought himself some time with the hope it would all blow over.
You need to get over to him, make a day of it. Get a few pals together and have a day trip to his neck of the woods.
I've come across idiots like him before. They are quite happy to give it the big I am over the phone/net but once your on their doorstep their attitude soon changes.

As promised he is now banned from NESF permanently.

One less place for him to scam people.

Think he'll be getting banned from quite a few forums. NESF is just the first.

As I said, more than one way to skin a cat.

Scamming people = Bad reputation = Banned from forums = No forums = No advertising for business = Less pennies in his pocket = Hard times

Much more efficient way of hurting someone whilst protecting others at the same time.

He who laughs last.

Very very easy to create usernames and accounts.

If I switch my modem on and off, thats even changes my ip address.

Register with Tyne Tees Scoobies and paste this link. Thats his stomping ground so should ruffle his feathers.

I guess I'm getting old lol.

I grew up in Brixton South West London. Its a pretty poor run down area, lots of drugs & violence, high unemployement etc etc. As one of the only white kids I spent my youth fighting, mostly over bulls**t just to save face. Been threatened with knives & guns and seen friends die over nonsense or get banged up for years.

For some reason I always wanted more out of life. In my late 20's I put myself through college and uni by working 2 jobs and struggling like a ****.

I'm 38 now and I work on the other side of all the bulls**t. I see the aftermath of fights. People hooked up to life support machines, families by bedsides crying & praying for miracles. I guess that puts a different slant on things when you see it on a daily basis and also why I haven't been to pay Phil a visit.

My fighting days over trivial crap are over. Its easy to play Billy Bad Man but sometimes it takes more of a man to show restraint, even when the cause may be justified. Dont get me wrong. You mess with my family or try to physically harm me I can still revert back to that nasty little s**t I used to be, but for the sake of £200 its not worth it.

Maybe thats part of growing up, or getting old

That kind of ****e makes my blood boil

Personally I would go to the small claims court. Nothing like the risk of loosing in court and having to fork out all the costs to change his attitude. Also the bailifts they use to recover fees are not a nice bunch to upset.

Hope something positve happans for you NFS ( sorry don't know your name buddy ).

Its up to you mate. I cant let things go as easy as that.

Got my drivers window panned in and full side keyed once when I was 18. Found out who it was.

Waited 3 years and put every window, light, panel and tyre in on his. I find thats more pleasing than instant revenge.

persue the legal route, he has to pay for represntation or lose, either way it costs him money and keeps u outta jail
forwarded to the tts chairman his decision as well, if it was sold as seen i stand corrected , however i doubt it was
i know we are in a reccesion, but damn £200 is not worth my time nor rep, its peanuts when u run 1 of these cars

Hi all,
I'm the chairman of Tyneteesscoobies, Phil has received temporary bans from us in the past along with numerous warnings for different actions he's chosen to take on our forum. Been watching this thread, after seeing his reply & his actions on this he has now been banned from our forum as well.
Needforspeed, I hope you get it sorted mate.

Absolutely shocking fella.
Hope that little ****** gets what's coming to him.

I know I would make of weekend of paying him a visit. Sometimes, people need to taught a lesson. Take a pic of him on the hop, print it 1000 times and plaster all over his local neighbourhood with the slogan - 'Watch out for this con-man!'

Well, well what a nice chap phil is, i like karma, and i'm sure the inter net is closing in on our mr phil and it's only a matter of time before someone takes that tazer off him and turn it to max then sticks it where the sun don't shine.

Matt on the other hand is a decent chap, i bought a spoiler off him and all was well and good, as it should be.

It's a shame that the rest of us have to deal with idiots like phil from time to time, how on earth he thinks he will get away with this is beyond me.

Posting pictures of his 600bhp abortion and thinking he will be able to travel around meets and the northwest un-noticed with his weight saving airflow aiding holes drilled in his bumper is some indication of the level of intelligence we are dealing with here.

The real shame here is that this idiot seems to have got himself a decent collection of parts together, ej22 being one of the most coveted and will shortly be blowing a set of forged pistons out of it, oh well as my nan used to say "what goes around comes around".
