The whole point is, if you cross the sensors in the road, as far as they are concerned, they have got you, even if you stopped anyway. The speed is of no consequence.

You may be able to persuade them to forget it if you are lucky-well worth trying the personal approach rather than relying on the court to let you off. A friendly approach often does the trick.

Anyway you may not even get a ticket yet with a bit of luck.
