Replacing Bathroom 3 piece suite..rough price?

We got the tiles for our kitchen floor, utility floor + splashback, and downstairs WC floor + splashback when our extension was being built at the £5 = £20 rate, but essentially they were free as you get the Clubcard vouchers as a bonus for shopping in Tesco anyway. Saved us loads. Just don't buy the adhesives etc. in Topps (vouchers only cover tiles) as their mark up is huge on those. Our builder got all that stuff at trade prices.
