Photographs acquired by Reuters and taken about an hour after the U.S. assault on Osama bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan show three dead men lying in pools of blood, but no weapons.

F-minus for you then. It's not strange at all, because the Reuters pics weren't released by the US, they were taken by Pakistanis (army, police, whoever), after the SEAL team had left. The US have never claimed they took away any bodies except OBL's, so there's nothing strange or inconsistent about that either.

You have to see the funny side, but honestly
Man’s £250k deep-sea quest for Osama bin Laden’s body
A man has invested a fortune in a diving mission to find Osama bin Laden’s body and prove to the world that the al-Qaeda terrorist is really dead.
Professional treasure diver Bill Warren from San Diego, California, will spend next month exploring the depths of the north Arabian Sea for the watery remains of the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks.
