Sorry but at the end of the day i have tried to be reasonable and you continue to palm me off, i have a SCREWED exhaust that you sent for me and £50 which i am supposed to do what with?! You sent the part, its your responsibilty not mine!
Shall i just drop the exhaust off to you for a full refund or are you going to do something about it? getting silly now to be honest!

scoobyross if you could have been bothered to check your paypal account before posting on here, you would have noticed that the remainder of the £65 has been transfered as agreed.
i just want everyone to know that, out of me and scoobyross i have been a member longer than him and have all positive feedbacks (0 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS). Scoobyross has ZERO trader score. fair enough he has posted pics of the supposedly damaged exhaust, how can i even take this guys word for it. for all i know he could have had the same exhaust which is damaged sitting at home and has bought a genuine one off me with complaints of damages so he can get a part refund and this could all be a scam. Im not saying it is but there is a chance. i say this because i have sold and bought many items on here and this is the first 1 that has been 'damaged' in the post. and coincidentally it's a member who has been joined for a few months with 0 trader score. i also cant understand how the baffle can be damaged in the post, because it definately wasn't damaged when it left me as confirmed by other member. the only reason why i have refunded to this unknown member is because i do not want to put other people off buying from me.
For those of you who think and have mentioned that i wouldn't have the bottle to speak face to face, you know where i live so feel free to visit me when you want to talk about this matter.

A. I said you were being a **** because you are!
B. He has my sympathy because you packed it poorly and didnt insure it correctly.
C. That tail pipe was not in good condition (wasn't perfectly round) when I viewed it hence me walking away but you somehow forgot to mention that to anyone else so that leads me to believe you are the dishonest one and not scoobyross.

And for all those doubting this guy as showing a different exhaust remember ive actually seen the damn thing and scoobyross's claim in my eyes IS genuine!
I am not trying to start a fight but this guy is getting the raw end of the deal and needs help and all because you will not admit you are at fault! I have tried not to mention the damage I found upon viewing as to avoid this but you have given me no choice now!

Regarding the fact i took a pic of any old exhaust, Rubbish like i said why would i bother wasting my time so i suggest you refrain from trying to make me look bad in this - i bought from you in good faith and you proper screwed me over.

Its not to do with sympathy, its to do with morals, and simple ethics - when you sell something you should work with a seller, its called honesty and trust something you don't seem to apply!
I don't care whether it was screwed before you sent it or not, although i reckon the crack was, as there was dirt in the crack, which shows it had been polished around the crack, also with this on the car you would not see it as it was at the top. Also seems odd to pack an exhaust with one piece of bubble wrap and brown tape? no cardboard around the tip/box etc - just very odd and careless.
Anyways this is not the problem - it was the way you dealt with it which was just very unfair

You have not refunded me? you gave me £65 and i have your broken exhaust, as stated am happy to EITHER drop it off or send it back and you can refund in full OK?
And the reason why i am new, well reasonably new is because i was looking for an exhaust, wish i hadn't now! lol
And i was told from day the exhaust was MINT, yet as proved the tail pipe was not even round when viewed on your car, probably how the crack got there from hitting the exhaust tip! To be honest the baffle is lose or something is rattling inside the exhaust - i am not that clued up on exhausts so not sure exactly what this is but have been told its the baffle/packing.

"You need to count yourself lucky that you've got a £65 refund. Now u really think that if you knock on my door u'll get a full refund. U need to think again. "
Anyways just a heads up people, and thanks for everyones help and advice, its a shame that sellers like that let the for sale section down, but next time i will go somewhere local where i can view the item before
