Not necessarily. If the flowers are in a cultivated flower bed then I agree of course, but if flowers such as daffodils for example are growing around trees etc in a grassed area then it is not so obvious since they will appear to be self sown wild flowers. Nothing to do with cars and driving as in your examples either of course.
