It was 'cos of taking Ibuprofen without a meal.
I presume I got a bit of gullet erosion or something from the acid.
The pain went after about a week of not taking Ibuprofen.

Acid reflux can be really pretty nasty. The oesophagus is not resistant to stomach acid and it can cause serious damage if it goes on for long enough.
