Update: If the misfire starts as soon as it reaches operating temp and I change the cam sensor the misfire goes away but after a while comes back seems like when the sensor heats up it doesnt send the right signal. The weird thing is I have 2 sensors here and they both do the same thing! Any suggestions???????????

Bad wiring on the engine loom side of the cam sensor. Bad earth somewhere, could still be a bad coil pack, did you change the coils? I did a coil pack conversion on mine as i was having so many problems with the coils on the plugs. Now i run a v4 coil pack with leads...

for the sake of it i would change the coolant temp sensor as the ecu reads the temp and adjusts almost everything from its signal.
your probs may go away between parts changes simply because its cooled down.
ive been a vag mechanic for many years+both petrol+diesel vag motors crap out if sensor goes **** up,some wont run at all over it.
