Well suprising how quick mondays come around when your off work anyhow another busy day iv'e had down the garage ,first job was to install the hand held extinguisher under the passenger front seat ,easy job really and made sure to fasten with 6mm s/s bolts as stated in the msa rules .
Next was the plumbed in system pipework ,i fed the 6mm o/d pipe through the bulkhead via a grommet and cliped along with the pull cord from switch panel and the windscreen mounted pull cord, then i fitted a t piece and aimed one spout over the exhaust downpipe/turbo manifold and the other pointing over the right side of the fuel rail.
The switch plate was then drilled out ready for 4 more switches that il be purchasing tommorow ready for relays and wiring to take place next week.
pics of the day:
2 pull cords and pipework ready to connect to plumbed extinguisher
Quick release boss fitted to wheel awaiting delivery of momo to fit together
Black counter sunk screws will be used only one's i had to hand

Well having a disasterous week off, nothing productive done to the car as im waiting for parts.
Body shop havn't even started my bonnet or roof yet as they have been busy with all the superbikes that have had offs and repairing and respraying all there work first .
I wanted to get the roof and screens in this week but not going to happen now till next week.
Major problem sourcing correct fuel rails and fittings but been intouch with carl davey and even all his v6 billet rails are out of stock so may have to order from the states.
Spoke with alex austin from Torques who supply all an- fitings and a great guy to deal with very knowlegable when it comes to his buisiness (fuel fittings ) etc.
All on order awaiting delivery .
I suppose it had to happen sometime or other but i will get this project finished and get it out on track hopefully some testing before the bad weather sets in ,but im starting a shutdown at work for a couple of months so will be raising some much needed cash to finalise everything i need.

Momo boss came today so fitted that with quick release boss and it was crap, the momo was fine and a good solid fitement.
When i bolted on the quick reease boss the movement in it was crap so took it off and put it in the bin could imagine that thing coming off in my hand at 100+ mph up park straight no thank you ...!
So decided to just stick with the momo at the minute well happy.
looks alot better and feels solid
Trying to contact mocom racing for there fuel rails having difficulty in doin this as they are not answering the phone .

Just a few small jobs i got out the way today CF sparco pedals were fitted simple job just marked and drilled holes found some black counter sunk bolts and nuts with washers .
Next was fit the remainder of the switches to the panel ready for rewire just push button start to install.
Fitted a few decals to rear spoiler ,tow stickers etc also had the car outside for the first time in months ,looking forward to getting the roof and bonnet back from spray next week but going to be busy working for a few weeks so progress is going to be limited.
