I have a couple of little updates for you guys.
No pictures just yet as I am at work, but will post them later I promise.
So engine bay work, oh goody. Me and my good friend have chopped the inner wings out and welded in some nice new flat metal.
On the drivers side we have made a very neat hole for the intercooler pipe and cold air feed for the air filter which will lead up from the custom a intake that will replace the fog.
And on the passenger side we have moved the fuse box so it will sit vertically in the inner wing not in its usual spot. Also on this side I have done away with the window washer bottle as me and my friend have made a custom version. We are also making a custom expansion tank to replace the one that sits inside the wing (not built yet).
Lets see what else, oh yes we have smoothed the new inner wings with filler, the battery shall be moved to the boot and I will be ordering my new downpipe, headers and pullies this week.
Up next is to mount the oil cooler in its place so that we can plan the other customised cold air feed from the other fog.
Pictures soon,
Dan

Cheers guys, things have really moved on since the last update.
The engine bay has been painted so has the gear box, the engine is up next.
The wiring loom is back in place and extended where needed.
I will post some pic soon

just read through your project mate, its pretty epic, you have a lot more confidence then me when it comes to making big changes, i think i would cry if I had to take the front of my car to bits :s look forward to seeing the new engine though any plans for a full body respray into another colour? think satin black all over would look immense.

Cheers guys,
Yes she is having a complete colour change buddy, the outside is going a matte colour and under the bonnet is a complete contrast ha ha. People made not like it but the they might.
I forgot to mention before I have also dropped all the suspension, steering rack, subframe and brakes given them a really good clean and repainted them, then fitted them back on to the car.
The car is having a complete overhaul this time around as she is going to be entered into the "best of show" at car shows to see if she can win anything. But I also wont be touching her for a couple of years apart from driving and general maintenance as I am going be doing a spot of drifting with a friend when we finish building the s14 and what ever other car we get. (s13 or soarer something like that)
But more importantly I am going to be a Dad for the first time in April and I cannot wait, I'm so excited :-)
Sorry for rabbiting on ha ha.

I am sorry for the lack of update on this guys, I just haven't had time to upload the pic's. Going work until 5:30 the the garage to 11 most night and when not at the garage preparing for the arrival of my little girl (cant wait).
So much as been done to the car including repairing the rotten sections at the back end. Everything has been stripped underneath cleaned or replaced. All bushes, steering wrack, brakes are either being or been replaced. Anti roll bars, subframes, engine, gearbox, coilovers, hubs, inner arches etc etc all cleaned and painted.
Body wise the rear bumper is 98% complete (still not sure on it yet, im sure itl be fine when painted) Front splitter is done, front bumper i will start soon (custom air intakes) Side skirt are done, rear arches and front wings are done (taken more metal out).
Interior wise I am looking for the right seats and I am going to reflock some bits.
Long way to go yet, I will try my best to free some time to update this.
Unveiling her at Fast Show with any luck. You wont miss her if anyone on here is going.

Hi peeps,
My apologies for the lack of updates. The car is in the build up stage but the birth of my Daughter has derailed me in the best possible way. I will be taking fresh pic's tomorrow for you.
