Im looking for the same v2 intercooler for my sti. Very hard to come by down in New Zealand and my one is absolutely munched. I want to replace it like for like I have attached an image below.

like nossy says you can use tooth picks , i use tweezers ,that one will take a while to do or as said have it re- cored
