See earlier posts - it's more about how the car is used than just the BHP output. For a daily driver running 330bhp, heat 7 would probably be fine. This is a grade cooler than stock.

recived the plugs this morning, thanks..
Just one question, the model number on the plug you sent are LFR7AIX, thought the ones for my car were ILFR7H.
Can you confirm these are the right ones for my car.!!
Cheers

LFR7AIX are the upgrades - NGK Iridium IX (Iridium Extreme)
Both are the reach type plugs for the 2.5 engine so will fit straight in.

Hi,
Please could you confirm if the LFR7AIX plugs quoted for the 2.5L hawk would also be suitable for a 2.5L Forester STI?
My Forester will be aiming for 330bhp or therer abouts so are heat 7s the right plug or should I stick with 6s?
Thanks
