She's back, too dark for picks and after an 'ahem' spirited drive through the a roads she needs a quick clean, especially the wheels. Tomorrow will involve putting the interior back in
Then need to decide what to do next - flocking and a retrim of the steering wheel or tax and MOT

Can you have a look around the workshop, the rubber trim that sits around the door card on the passenger side is missing - it explains the road noise on the way home which I just put down to the lack of trim. The door cards have gone on fine without that pink thing

Finally, after months of waiting and being away with work I have the car back from the bodyshop and this is how she looks...
Big thanks to Ryan (prodriverules) and the rest of the team at C&K Motors - the finish is stunning and he still wants it back for a proper polish once the paint has fully hardened

It was a pleasure from start to finish Jon,and the pictures do really look **** hot but just to let others know I'm having the car back at some point to detail a final time just to make that amazing finish perfect
The clear coat can only be hit so hard in the first few weeks while it's in the hardening process before it will ruin the deep shine it has and just fall flat/dull so to combat this we have handed the car to Jon to show it off and drive it for a while until the clear is hard as a bullet at which point I will finalize the detailing.
Oh and of course there are now some more parts Jon wants painting so that as well

It is never ending, having fitted a red suede roof-lining (not my best job) I'm getting the roof acutriments flocked next. Started ripping the aircon out today too and about to sort out the leveling and washers on my headlights to make it a bit more legal
