Simon I, like everyone else wish you good luck in your venture into parts supply, I stopped doing that six years ago as it had become an auction but maybe its time to review things again. Us mobile mappers need to diversify.

There are several very useful features tucked away in the roms if you have the right user level to see them, but shhhhht isn't one of them. I thought you were beyond that sort of comment, live and learn though.

cheers

Bob,

you have posted in a very condescending manor imho on a thread I started about something I am doing, and mentioned something EcuTek are doing that I am looking forward to.

I thought from my responses which I kept polite and to the point this was obvious, yet you still respond in the same manor, which I thought may have been beyond you, live and learn though.

Can you please expand what you are insinuating by your user level comment before I get really annoyed with you, or am I taking the wrong end of the stick.

Simon

nice one simon, do you think you will be able to offer up packages, ie, turbo, injectors , exhaust and remaps as one deal, I know we have nothing like that over here in Norn ireland, obviuosly fitting would be a small issue, but Im sure that with heads stuck together with the crew over here summit could be figured out

yes.

A lot of people like to fit their own, and I also know a number of workshops that I could get involved to have parts fitted.

Hi Simon I wish you the best of luck as it’s hard to find a good tuner to give good advice and good customer service and we all know the quality of your service and I know the upgrades that you be selling will be a sound investment as they are all tried and tested by your self.

Why can't they do this for classics?

Good luck with the new venture, nice to see people excited about doing something new.

Any idea when the new site is going live with all these goodies on??

Will be great to get a one stop shop for most bits and mapping, shame you and Harvey couldn`t join forces, that would be special.

All the best with the venture Simon.

That's almost funny given that Harvey uses Bob R. for mapping...

All the best with the venture Simon.
I had planned to do a minor website update over christmas showing products and pricing but was knock for six by flu so never did it. Mean while the main update is in progress.

I have mapped a fair number of cars harvey has worked on or supplied parts for all with good results etc. If there is a product he sells that I want to sell I wouldnt hessitate to use him etc

Thumbs up

Simon if you want to get really annoyed then you have only to pick up the phone you know how to contact me directly, my posts in this thread were intended simply to add to the information you had started to provide, which related to the EcuTek software and its capability's and to add clarity and additional input to that for the benefit of those interested.

User levels ... why do you think there is any insinuation, there are different user levels within the Ecutek software, you select from the top menu bar.

I have wished you well in your new venture, thats a genuine wish But I was saddened by what I saw as sarcasm But maybe I mis read your comment, if so then, please accept my apologies

To those others, if I wished, there are more than enough opportunity's to piggy back onto other tuners comments/posts on this BBS but you should have noted that I rarely do so if at all. Banny I have sent you a pm.

So again, Simon if you feel aggrieved happy to talk, mobile is on my web site if you do not have it, email etc is available on this site.

cheers

Bob
