A women in a Corsa got stuck blocking the entrance road to my surgery broadside and I needed to get out to an emergency visit, so I pushed to no avail, so I tried driving it, and the most productive way to move it was actually to let it rev a bit. Being gentle simply didn't work and being a manual front wheel drive I couldn't sensibly use the handbrake or the brakes at the same time to help. Maybe it melted to some deeper layers and found some traction.

Let some air out the tyres on the driven wheels- helps the tread block flex.

Remember to re-inflate to normal pressures if going on the clear motorway though (under inflated tyre + motorway speeds = high speed blow out ).
