No surprise there then. I imagine you are already feeling better.

Listen mate - totally non-professional opinion, keep a factual diary, food eaten at time of day, and records of any panic attacks, chest / abdominal pain or feelings of un-wellness. Take regular exercise, ease back on your caffeine and alcohol intake and as much fresh air as possible.

From your records you should see a pattern emerging.

I am sorry to hear that. Those pills are usually an instant cure for the reflux problem. If it continues like that I think you should tell your doctor.

The panic is caused by the chest discomfort and I'm yet to believe its caused by the reflux .. its just a tightness which in its self is likely caused by the fooking panic ..

Give organic apple cider vinegar a try .
2 tablespoons in a glass of water.
It is an old remedy but works

I've stopped working out .. maybe thats why I get the twinges ..

I get them there (as shown on my awesome attachment) and have had it once or twice when its that bad I cant breath in deeply .. like a stitch .. I used to get them when I was younger but they never bothered me .. they seem to be the root to my anxiety ..

Never had any pain with my hernia thing. I know some people actually get a lump appear in their chest where the stomach is poking out the top of the esophagus.

You've had all the wheat allergy tests and the H Poyli tests?

Surpised the omeprazole (sp) isn't doing the trick - I have lansoprazol or whatever its called but its only the 15mg ones. I used to have the 30mg ones and I could go a couple of days before it hurt again. It can take a couple of days for it to kick in.

Good luck though mate
