they are life savers fellas. not so stressed to hear someone telling you where to go when the traffic lights split us up. i would have been mega-stressed without one as I got lost from the pack a few times through blackwall tunnel.

Gents please feel free to contact Thunderpole yourselves and purchase the starter kit. They charged me £80 delivered and Im sure if you mention me and the clubs previous group buy they may look after you
Lagamorph, a lot of us have simply stuffed the main unit down the side of the seat and plugged them into the ciggerette lighter, will take you 20mins max to do a full hidden wire install

H,
Have you got the name of the kit and what's included for the £80? I did see the name a couple of days ago but can't for the life of me find or remember it! I reckon I could get 4 or 5 people to buy them

I'd be up for one, but there needs to be enough of us in the area with one to justify it.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but, how has everyone fitted their CB's? I'm looking at getting one and don't really know where to put it. I only have a single DIN in the classic and I don't really want to drill into the plastic fascias.

Get some velcro loads of it, enough to cover most of the back of the CB without stopping it from cooling down. You can just stick it to the fascias. Saves drilling.
