Hey Jon,
Thanks! To be honest neither do i see my self trying to keep it standard as the list is just building up in my head everyday.
First plan is to push the VF34 to its limit & maybe change the actuator. Also going to improve the fuelling & get the open source option done. Next year summer i will either throw on a MD turbo or go twisted with all supporting mods & test the limit on the STI 7 block. Lets see if it pops at 500 with meth
I was actually thinking about getting it weighed after i remove the back seats etc at Powerstation? I've heard they do all these clever things..

They are all different cars, the S202 was based on the Spec C and was the first Subaru to exceed the official 280ps power (as it was 320ps), the S203 was a 2005 car (I think), and the S204 was an MY07, both the latter 2 were based on the standard shell but with lots of uprated parts over the standard car (turbo/map/suspension etc).
The 203/204 are probably more comfortable to be in than the 202 tbh.

If I wanted comfort I would have bought a BMW instead of my Type R
Comfort is probably bottom of my list of things to look out for when I'm looking for a car
So if I wanted a newage that compares to the feel of my current car it would have to be a S202 or a Spec C ?

Either one, the S202 doesnt have the dccd, the MY02 Spec C does (manual), the twin scroll cars (MY03 blobs) have A-DCCD (unless you get the 16 inch motorsport version).
I prefer the way my Spec C drives to that of the type R i own, both are very different beasts in their own way.

Thanks Tony
I like the sound of the blob 16 inch motorsport version,
Food for thought

The S202 is based on the Spec C RA whereas I believe the S203/4 were based around the JDM STi, there is no compromise with the S202 they just built the best car they could and did not worry about comfort.
I also know someone with a bugeye Spec RA and it doesn't have DCCD either, apparently some did and some didn't. It is also the development car that Subaru did the testing for the Spec RA on.

The Motorsport version was designed to be modified and is basically a blank sheet to modify to your own ends.

Give them a ring, they were really helpful when I rang them up and enquired about my old car.
