Is this the one i need as the rest of the exhaust is stainless and middle cat has been removed already!

Can any one point me in the right direction as to what gaskets i will need??

Cheers
No sorry that one looks horrid and really restrictive.

Look for one with an open bell mouth design like this:

(about half way down the page)

Std subaru turbo gaskets are the best.

I wonder if there's anyone out there that's tried a few of the top mappers? ie Simon, Duncan, Andy, Bob, Paul and Pat etc

Would be interesting to get them altogether with the same car, same day, same rollers and see what they did and (more importantly) how the car drove.

I'm sure these guys have all got to a certain level that would mean the results would be similar. Just something I was thinking about the other day.

I've used Simon twice for mapping and he's helped me out a couple of times (mapping aside) I've recommended him to a few people as I was happy with his skills plus he's a nice guy (Simon, can I borrow an avcs solenoid please lol)

I'm sure Duncan will do you proud, he has a good reputation.

That looks fine.

Doubt whether the gaskets are up to it though so pick up a std subaru gasket from your main dealer. The fibre gasket they tend to supply with these just blows through with any kind of heat/pressure.

Only if you fit a Simtek or Syvecs ecu.

Other than that your only option is an ecutek dealer such as Simon (JGM) or Paul at Zen.

Is the decat downpipe a direct replacement, eg, bolt off and bolt new one straight in??

Or does anything else have to be done before or after??

Cheers

hey guys iv been lukin at some of the figures duncan has mapped on his site, compared to other mappers his tq/hp range is big e.g. 365 hp 284 tq, where as some other mappers the hp/tq figure range is minimal tsl 333hp 335 tq... etc. is this down to the type of remap program used?

duncans mapped loads of cars, his site only has a small selection, some engines produce more than others.. but whatever figures u get after duncans tweak, u'll be happy! trust me!
