Its a beautiful thing.
Pissed right off with Alan Smith and Andy Gray. Lucky this and Chelsea that.
Just admit that for once in a long time we smashed them off the pitch for 90% of the game

I'm just about safe to post now after yesterdays performance, to say my blood was boiling is a little understating how I was feeling. I decided to save everyone from another outburst at certain performances *cough* Bendtner/Denilson *cough*

Just for FM
I honestly don't know how Bendtner is a professional footballer let alone playing in the Premiership.
He can't shoot, his heading never works as he always gets the wrong side of defenders (so positioning is sh!te), he can't dribble, he can't pass, has no ball control and as for pace i've seen faster slugs in my garden.
Just what use is he
Denilson isn't much better, whilst the lad can occasionally shoot he touches the ball so infrequently in a game he might as well not be on the pitch. The two times he touched the ball he gave away a blatant and unnecessary penalty and the other was a shot saved. We would have been better off with starting with out him and playing just 10 men!
Dave I couldn't believe it when he took Song off. Whilst he was having a poor game he was at least doing more than Denilson and everyone knows he plays miles better with Fabregas along side him. I really struggle with Wenger's choices a lot of the time and I don't think i'm the only one as the frequent camera shots of the Arsenal fans were showing a lot of angry faces.

Couldn't agree more, he's never even looked like a decent striker, never looked like he had thge potential to be special, only spethal imo

I was going to go to the Arsenal vs Ipswich game with the tickets being so cheap but i've got no one to go with and thought I might get lynched by other Arsenal fans with my outbursts let alone Ipswich fans
But with the above abuse I might fit in well

Arshavin's off then...
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,195...651853,00.html
at just speculation, if Arsenal have said his price then he is off. It was always coming when he started complaining of UK tax and his performances have been useless. However watch us get x amount for him and only spend 50% max on a new player

Never followed the reserves but always assumed the reserves included 1st team squad members who don't often play, i.e. the likes of Denilson etc. However just looked on the Arsenal site to read up and it's made up of players (bar a couple) i've never heard of.
So if the fringe players like Denilson never player in reserve games then how are they ever supposed to improve? That means they only ever play in training games during the week? If so that's utter cr4p as players like him should be in the reserves getting regular playing time. No wonder he and the other fringe players are always so bloody useless when they do play.

well that's how I assumed it would work. If you don't play in the 1st team and aren't a regular then you should play in the reserves games :confused
For example we have Almunia, Manone, Fabianski and Szczesny as 1st team goalies. You have 2 as your 1st team regulars/on the bench and so the other 2 should be playing reserve games. I don't understand why they wouldn't be.

******* useless and once again he is relying on Bendtner being up front. Not got Sky so not seen it tonight but the score says it all. When is Wenger going to realise these bunch of no hopers are never going to win silverware. We had a World class team 7+ years ago which he has gradually let fade into utter sh!te.

To be fair, Ipswich were the better team and deserved the win, should have been 2 or 3 in all honesty, and no I'm not taking the p155, very enjoyable game for the neutral.

After Chelsea put 7 past them we couldn't score 1 which just sums up out attack or rather total lack of any attack.
I can only think of 3 players in the squad currently who are worth keeping - Fabregas, Nasri and Vermaelen. The rest just aren't cutting it.

He was possibly a 4th player I was going to mention but he hasn't scored enough goals and still gives the ball away too much. But then I think Wenger plays him in the wrong role and I would play him centrally as a striker as he has the pace and can finish (although no Henry) and couldn't do any worse than Bendtner/Van Persie or Chamakh up front. We have no World class strikers to replace Henry/Bergkamp which has been the biggest issue since they left.

Bender was non existant last night imo, I had to ask one of the lads in the pub if he had been taken off at some point as I hadn't seen him for 20 minutes.
For me Walcotts talents and potential are being wasted at the gooners, never thought I'd hear myself say that whilst Wenger was there, it's a strange situation, but we'll have him as cover for Nani if you're selling

Wenger seems to have lost direction. We don't even play attacking football any more like we did.
The team has gone to **** over the last 6 years and whilst Wenger will sing their praises from the roof tops because of where we are in the league it's a joke because compare the squad now to what it was in 2004 and they are Worlds apart in quality. The only person to blame for that is Wenger for not buying decent replacements for those that retired or he sold.
Players who should be showing their class such as Arshavin, Walcott, Rosicky and Van Persie are just utter rubbish at the moment and there has to be a reason for it going back to the training ground. Something is far from right that's for sure.
