ScoobyK: I've been trying to phone you - the number Mike gave me is unfortunately unavailable. Saturdays are no good for you? The earliest weekday I could make is next Friday (but no guarantees) or then we are into the following week. Is this getting too late?
Krud would also like to come along.

Steve, YHM.

As for SS, next Friday would be ok for me although I'm also happy to wait until the week after - perhaps the Monday ?

What day would be best for you and Keith ?

Steve, we are going to make tmw at Robertsbridge - what time are you leaving ?

I'm golfing tmw am, but leave a message on my mobile, or we'll go up to Coopers for 2:00pm in case you want to meet there.

Hope that makes sense, and looking forward to seeing some new machines tmw.....and I wonder what the "off road experience" has to offer !!!

I was there this morning - the STI was very much locked away in the new showroom - so I didn't get my test drive :-(. The "Off-road Experience" is a go in a big 4x4 in a field behind the showroom - I think.

ScoobyK: Meet Coopers 2pm - then going on from there sounds good to me. ETA Culverwells - 2.30ish?

So! The Eastbourne Massive manages two get-togethers on the same thread!!!! And within that was a meeting of three former Triumph Dolomite owners.

Steve -nice to see Donna again after about five years!!!!

Thanks to Glen and Caroline, Steve, Donna and Ethan, Scott and Dad (sorry name not computed) and Joni for turning up and making it look like Culverwells had plenty of customers. Where were the "refreshments"?

Bring on Scoobysport - my wallet beckons!

Keith, well said, and if you include the SS visit on 22nd, that'll be three in one thread !

We must talk Dollies when we meet next, I never thought I meet another Sprint owner on here !!

Nathan...I fear your plan won't work, Keith and I were haggling with Steve over the price of the P1 today... I'm not convinced he'll go for it, but then again, it did look nice....Steve ????

Keith, I tried, even mentioned that I had two people coming with me with cheque books, but couldn't fit me in...also, the turbo timer that they told me they could fit...apparantely doesn't exist according to the guy I spoke to today !!!!!!!

Any thoughts on a date the week after ? and I'll try and book in again.

Keith (or anyone else for that matter),

If u want a hand fitting the SS, give us a shout as I have now fitted a rear box 6 times (Std - Magnex - Std, on my old WRX and Std - SS - Std - Magnex - Prodrive on my current Sccob).

I should be able to sort it out in about 15mins.

I can come to u with tools, if u have ramps or a trolley jack. Or you can come to me.....

The offers there.....

Scott, that's a great offer. The main reason I wanted a trip up there was to get a TTimer fitted at the same time, but they told me yesterday that they don't do them (despite saying the opposite last week !) - I will try again today, and if not, may well take you up on your offer.

Thanks M8

Yes, another enjoyable pm with the Eastbourne Massive on Saturday.

Keith - I recoginised you at Coopers but couldn't place where - wasn't going to look an idiot, "Do I know you?" It's a small world isn't it. How do I persuade Donna that the Trooper really isn't a sensible wagon?

Glen - Re SS visit - any day week of 29th should be fine with enough warning. I'd still like to see what they've got. Are you still going to persue the visit?

Nathan - How many peanuts exactly?

Scott - Are you still interested in the April 27th Goodwood visit?

Steve

Keep it going forever cos I don't have time to look at the main BB for new/interesting threads. I have a job to do you know, unlike you bunch of work shy reprobates who obviosuly have far too much free time on your hands :0)

LOL - LC

Steve

Two packets of ready salted, one salt and vinegar and a half eaten bag of dry roasted. Enough

How much were you looking for?

This is starting to get confusing now !

I may postpone the SS visit....I've not had a lot of luck talking to them, and Paul at TSL has been very helpful....and I just happen to be near TSL in a couple of weeks time so I just need to get an interview out of the way tomorrow (as it were !) and I'll sort out what the heck I'm doing.

Sorry to muck you around Keith / Steve - will confirm asap.

G

Nathan, was that question directed at me (re wheels)...if so, yes, but you may have to wait until the 11th May to find out what I decided !!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Guys

Can we exchange phone numbers or something via e-mail? I may be over-sensitive but we may be abusing this thread!
