You have got my post completely wrong!
My post was regarding corrado's comment about the need for her to have a tummy tuck, which I was defending..... she was not THAT fat, emphasis on not THAT fat to need a tummy tuck.
I in no way condone people eating themselves to obeseity.

The hard bit is staying like that. Its so easy to regress. When the body's metabolic rate slows down (which it does as we get older), one needs redcuse bulk intake and to keep up the physical activities to counteract it.
I probably eat half what I used to in quantity, and all that does is maintain my current weight. To lose more I need to eat even less (in effect starve myself) AND walk the dog a bit faster and further.
I could still quite easily pile a plate 3 layers deep at the Toby carvery if I wanted to (although I'd rather not as its a bit rank). My mates think I'm a big eater because of this, but they don't see what pathetic portions I eat at home. Seriously, I think the dog eats more than I do, and he's only 7kilos!

Not true Tony. Some people go to the gym with no clue, do a bit of internet investigation to try and get a clue, get bombarded with a lot of contrary info then spend months working out WRONGLY. No weight loss coupled with a feeling of failure equals reaching for the cupcakes and binning off the gym once and for all.
If I had the money I would utilise the services of a personal trainer, there is no doubt he/she would be able to fine tune my training to make the best gains. I am no gym novice either.
Back to Claire Nasir, I think she has done well. She has to keep the fluorescent lycra pics close to hand to stave off the need for a chelsea bun or two!

This is true, my missus has actually cancelled her gym membership and now just uses her personal trainer, he hosts a "boot camp" in the local park, where they all work out and it has given her fantastic results.
She pays about 30quid a week, its not the cheapest option, but she really enjoys it and the results speak for themselves.
She cancelled her gym membership well over a year ago now, the only thing she says she misses is the swiming pool and sauna

I've spent time in gyms...a lot...when I was in my early 20's. I'm not an expert but I feel I know what works for me.
Unfortunately I have long term injuries so don't do the gym right now though.

Well I can only speak for myself and it would violate my sense of manhood and self-sufficiency....I don't need some 25 y/o buff guy with tatts and a 'hectic' haircut to encourage me to 'feel the burn'.

So blow six months on 'test and adjust' or employ someone to help you get results straight away. I still ask PTIs on station for advice when I need it.

Only 25 weeks currently but got a reet gut on her I don't so much mind but the red stretch marks aren't what I'd call sexy.
Close your eyes, and feel, just feel.
Do you still feel love for her; regardless of any marks she gets on her body, pregnant or not pregnant?
If the answer is yes, then you are not really worried about her marks.
She's said though that once the little bugger has popped out she's off back to Weight Watchers. It does work for her as she lost 37.5lbs last time she went there after hitting 13st and 14-16 (natural size is about 10-12).
I'm no oil painting body wise so ain't so bad.
She has a varied diet though (and I'm a freeky eater) so it will be asier for her to lose the baby weight than me
Well, you can, too. Do you really want to, though? May be not, becuss you iz a man So, it really matterz not in scoobynet eyes .

Losing all the weight so quickly would produce nasty rolls of skin.
Lad and a lady I know both lost weight very quickly using that Lighter Life stuff and they've got these huge saggy bits of skin.

On the plus side, stretch and tease the spare skin into the right places, few staples and it would be possible to effect some "wings" and then they can fly like a Flying Squirell, what being quite light with a decent ammount of lift from the Bingo Wings.

The hands are placed very strategically so the photoshopper can use them as a guide... But she looks good nonetheless. No doubt she will go up a size when the pressure's off, but even one size up she would still be OK.

That doesnt look right that pic, she is 40 and has a very flabby belly and then she looks like a 19 year old fitness fanatic, I can appreciate she has lost some weight but there is no stretched skin, no orange peel, its either a miracle or like some have said, photoshop.
