The only other thing I realised is that you have the injectors in the rails 180degs wrong

 

tried that tody simon and no joy are ngk platinum pfr7b gapped to 0.65 ok? was speaking to someone today and they said try them at 0.5 as it sounds like its blowing the spark out and i get a hint of petrol sometimes?
