why wont the police do anything about it paul sumut aint right, all they do is compile a case for the cps to take to court. if i was you i would go up the road and demand to see the duty sargent and make sure he does the job were all paying him to do

if not we will have to send ryan around to make sure the little **** gets more than bullyed at school

There is something seriously wrong there Merv, I wonder if the family is under supervision or has a Social Worker overseeing them?

As soon as the Police see Social Services involvement they will back right off and not pursue any action (as they do not want to be accused of victimising the family or the hassle of having the CPS throwing the case out).

I have known someone who had property damaged / vandalised by a family of ******* and as soon as the Police saw SS involvement they refused to take any action or even give them a slap on the wrist.

I would theoretically wait until the middle of the night and then consider some theoretical similar damge to their theoretical car if it was theoretically worth that much, but of course that would be criminal damage and be against the law.

Euthanasia or sterilisation is such a good idea!

Apparently as the kid hasn't been in trouble before, or 'known' to the police then they don't want to get involved! It's an absolute joke! No wonder people are getting away with worse stuff all over the country!

That's gutting Mate - how old is the kid involved ? You would think that as he has admitted it, then an arrest on suspicion of C/D would easily be on the cards ? Has he only told you that he did it ?

There would be private prosecution open to you, but why should you shell out for that, I guess you could recover costs from them IF you win, but as mentioned before, they'd probabaly pay at "pennies" @ week

Small claims Court maybe - Doesn't cost you a penny I don't think

think it was about £35 the last time used the small claims court
but you can put that in on your expenses to recover from the kids mum
cos if hes a minor you might have to claim off her
