Please can someone advise me valve cover gasket
Help me please someone
I have a Tommy kiara m20b subaru 1995 and the valve cover gasket (drivers side) is leaving oil onto the exhaust grrrr
I purchased a gasket people say it's correct others say it is wrong... I don't want to take it all off and then find out its not right as I don't have an alternative car.
http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm?itemId=151558324344
I did send him my reg number and the guy said this would fit
Anyone have any ideas
Engine codes on this new gasket replacment are EJ16E, EJ20EN and EJ22E for 1.6i 2.0i 2.2i and 2.2
Part number RC1279s
Thanks
Thanks

Dunno what this has to do with engine management or remapping? Or why you bought from a really shit ebay add?
There is nothing on the listing you have linked to say what is included or anything.
I listed the parts that you needed on the thread you started in General Technical
Buy from ICP online, or ring Alyn @ AS Performance, 0191 4103770, if you prefer a natter. They are the cheapest places to get genuine parts from.
Do it right, do it once.

These are the parts needed on an early classic.

Put the one you bought from eBay into the bin and take it as a lesson.
Then order this....

And this.....

Trying to do the rocker cover gaskets on the cheap just doesn't work, trust me !!! I've fitted non genuine rocker cover gaskets before only to swap them for genuine parts shortly after.
