Id look for a fit, straight inlet (ie modified from ninety degree standard) TD05, because the horsepower will come more easily with this turbocharger.

Mate don't listen to most on here - they have no idea of what power can be got out of a TD04 - 280bhp is about the most you will get - 270 is around the average to be honest. The gear box will be fine - I have been runnning 280bhp for 6 years - no problems.

just get de cat down pipe, wrap the turbo, decent exhaust (fuel pump - to be safe) and remap.

Im running 340-350bhp and my gearbox went bang two weeks ago, it was deffently on the limit its been like that for a year, with about 7 1/4 mile runs they dont last long at that power

is a good idea to do that then take back to same RR to see the change - as they all vary a bit. Just get all the bits first the remap after to save cost of mapping again.

Just don't put any other filter in it except a panel and keep the original dump valve.

Post the figures when done mate - interested in how you get on.
