Basically I'm having a ballache trying to find an exhaust with a similar tone to a rage box that I borrowed off a mate. I've now got a HKS silent power coupled to decat centre section and decat downpipe and its really quiet. Don't want stupid loud but something with a nice raspy sound at high revs like cackley type of sound.
This is the sound I used to have with the rage backbox and am now looking for something like this:

nice but I think I prefer the legacy, it has more heritage and imho looks more aggressive......

 

SOOOO tired!

Spent a nice afternoon over at PP yesterday. Matty's given me the itch for more power. Also to start tidying the underside of my car which resulted in half an hour lying under it polishing the stainless on the rear section of my exhaust. Just slightly OCD. Especially when i'm borrowing some ramps so i can polish the resrt of it!

I thought you were considering selling? Wouldn't it be best to sort your suspension etc out before going for even more power?

 

Bit of everything. Suspension and brakes are in hand if i'm keeping it as waiting to order some D2's and apex coilovers (obviously no point if i sell it). But at the same time it is currently for sale as a friend of mine has introduced me to drifting so would like something rwd.

And all matty does is show me nice expensive add'ons for mine that would make it faster!

Well my 2 pot rear brakes are ready, the car is booked into Scoobyprojects in Ledbury to have the servo replaced and at the same time they will be replacing my grandad steering rack with an Impreza STi one.

Then we are having a little chat about going single turbo.
