Dash .. it will happen but not yet. Will easy to rip the dash out again and get it done when Dal gets back from holiday.

I was at a couple of events last year (Snetterton, Knockhill and Oulton) with my camera. Will take more notice this season!

coz i had a fool building my engine, who i wouldnt let him build me an outside toilet, and it kept failing just before each round, cost me about 10k for all his failures, live and learn

it failed just before oulton, so i borrowed a uk turbo classic that had been wrote off on the tuesday before oulton, syuck some stickers over the damage and away i went

the 638 hp one was with 10% meth @ 2.15bar peak (steve simpson)simtec
the 606 hp one was v power @ 2.15bar peak (steve simpson )simtec
the 603 hp one was vpower @ 1.55 bar ( edmy ) hydra

Surprised there is no RCM entry, and indeed I thought Kev Horsley was back this year?

Some very high spec'd cars in club I see.

 

How do you go about entering into ta. Do you need a full on race car or need to be in a club. I have a kinda standard 98sti simtek and a few bits and bobs runnin about 365bhp. would i be able to enter any events. could someone let me know how i go about it. either time attack or scooby shootout or any competition that a road car can be used in, just for an interest through the summer. Im in aayrshire, is their anyone goes from this area, i could follow down and watch.

 

You can enter TA if you like for a bit of fun, but even in club there are some fairly well tuned cars. It's also quite expensive. Just under £300 to enter one round and you get nearly no track time for that. But it is a bit of a laugh to do.

Sprinting might be better, its a lot cheaper, but then you don't get to do any laps, it's just a minute or so and it's all over.

I know who I think will be 2010 Club Challenge AWD champion on that list. Will be very interesting in that class this year and very close.

 

Matthias Bachler (Username 'Plan B' on here), if he slows down a bit. He drives as fast on the grass as he does on the track. No fear whatsoever, down on power though compared to the rest of the field.

In reality I think Scott has a very good chance, and I think this might be Fee's year for some podiums.

Obviously I will win Oulton, but as a OHW it counts for squat

its kind of wierd seeing my name on that list well it is my first year
loads of cars in club this year, i agree i think fee is going to be the one to watch in club i think ,loads of power,plenty of experience/seattime should be close at the top this year, its duncan vs the evos, nice cage by the way really cool design i like it i think im the only m webster on the list this last year there was another m webster
