The New Renault Badged RS Frogus is set to be the talk of 2010....Megane owners can expect a slightly less attractive, compromised and more family focused model early 2011...Pictured is the fully spec'd RS model with chassis pack, stock height is adjustable although the model we tested was not working at the time....

one thing the french piles of scrap(i'm aloud to say that as i'm employed by a renault dealer) won't have is pedigree, just look at ford's success in motorsport then look at renaults????? simples
they are so dull to watch they have to give the tickets away for free for the world serie's

I've just read all of this thread and the thread on the White flag waving, hairy armpitted femaled, garlic stained, snail eating site and have come to one conclusion....
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
From what I can see the main point of all this is the original poster is slightly red faced after being caught out by having a dig at our fearless leader...
Then his buddies have jumped on the bandwagon which is a shame because we all have the same passion, cars....What the meganahemsport lot don't realise is that we will all probably run into eachother at some point and do they really want to be flamed 30 odd Subaru's?
Anyway...
I understand this is more of a Megan Vrs Focus department (I personally will never see the point of having performance front wheel drive cars...but that is purely my own opinion and experience...why didn't they make them AWD/RWD?) and i'm not one of these, Subaru's are the greatest cars of all time enthusiasts. What seems to be lost in translation is that it's the drivers that make these cars....now i'm not saying i'm the greatest driver ever....but I garantee if I was driving along with my mrs and some silly girl gave us the finger, i'd catch you in a Suzuki swift and run rings round you.
Leason to be learned? Be mindfull of what you say....the world's big enough to run, but not big enough to hide

Bonjour Mon Amis,
I can see you chaps are having a nice little post French Exchange wash up.
Couple of issues worthy of note my Chav orientated fellow car enthusiast buddies:
Renault in Motorsport contribute more than Subaru has ever done and much more importantly - still do.
You fellas tune those old Scoobs well and fair play to you, credit where it is due. Unfortunately, the latest outputs from the Subaru factory has lost that old renowned edge and are now soft and less appealing. You are slowly drifting and starting to live in that reminiscent past.
The new breed of FWD kit, led by Renault and even including that FRS Halfords special, are starting to make the 4WD stuff look heavy and very blunt on the handling front. No need to cue that Santa Pod (working class activity) traction and wet weather comments chaps.
Popping 300 Bhp through the front wheels in a light and balanced LSD kitted hatch is a serious threat to you fellas, particularly when it involves some road/track action with those particularly challenging bits - the bends.
Yeah baby, I do like a bit of a debate.

Do you have a couple of these fitted to your 250hp Kangoo Wannabee ?
I believe they are manufactured in France...

Of course if it’s just a cultured Gallic French thing going on here, one could also have a pop at the not so inscrutable choice - the Jap product.

It was a fiesty little fella and always popped a smile on my face, but very limited in the cost effective engine tuning dept.
I did get seen off in it many times though, including some spotty 18 year old youuf in one of your gold wheeled bits of whistling kit. Made me smile.

Anyway, UK wise, what is Ford up to in motorsport? Never mind the Renault Rizla gaskets, you could get that answer on the back of a *** packet.

Never been keen on the French stuff personally, but by all accounts it sounds like they go reasonably well at least. Each to their own as far as I'm concerned but I still think you have to go a long long way to beat the Hawkeye Impreza
