Spotted Blue Hawkeye Type 20 in Abertilery this morning. 'COP' on number plate. Only realised at the last moment that it belongs to one of out members.
As I went past in a red pug 106 gawping at it in disbelief at finally seeing another blue hawkeye a chap saw me mouthing the words type 20.
Since I bought my blue Hawkeye STI last September I hadn't seen another until this morning. Then realised that I know the car having sort of met the owner when he was parked on the SIDC stand at Japfest a few years ago, with Simon Glen and Kev.
Lovely machine.

I'm the new owner, the 'lucky Welsh chap' who bought it, as Kevin, the previous owner described me.
It was you on the Foundry Bridge was it?
Btw next time you see it it should have a T20 private plate.
Don't want you thinking there's two in Aber !!
Is yours the one with what I presume are Peter Solberg decals that everyone's on about around Aber?

I'm only in town occasionally when I pop to my mum's up on Blythe Street.
That type 20 is a heck of a machine.
I still have my hawkeye STI but just bought a red pug 106 for commuting so if you see a guy in a red pug wave that will be me.
Having said that I will probably be in the scooby when up in Aber as I am usually only there in the weekends and most
Likely will be giving the Impreza a run.

I passed you parked on Tillery street. I am not the one with Peta Solberg Decals but I have seen that one parked down by the Bush. Its actually a blob eye. Number plate suffix 'ARD'.

Black Blob with an SCxx xBY number plate going up Hafodrynys Hill (off A467 at Crumlin) on Thursday.
I think it's the one that was advertised on Ebay earlier in the year, then had the ad changed to say 'does not include number plate' (without altering the price) when the seller realised that it was worth er... £1,500 I think was the figure they put on it.
